By accessing lightcraft.io (the "Site") or using our mobile applications (the "Apps"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you are not authorized to use the Site or Apps and must immediately discontinue use.

Use of the Site and Apps

You may use the Site and Apps only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Site or Apps in any way that violates applicable law, transmits harmful or unlawful content, or interferes with their operation.

These Terms apply to the Site and Apps only. Professional consulting engagements are governed by separate written agreements. The Site and Apps may link to or integrate with third-party services; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

In-App Purchases

Some Apps offer optional in-app purchases. All transactions are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Refunds and billing inquiries are subject to the policies of the respective platform.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site and in the Apps — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by LightCraft Software, LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

We strive to keep the Site and Apps available and working well, but they are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We cannot guarantee error-free or uninterrupted operation at all times.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LightCraft Software, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or Apps, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time and will provide reasonable notice of material changes before they take effect. Continued use of the Site or Apps after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
