LightCraft Software, LLC ("LightCraft," "we," "us") operates lightcraft.io (the "Site") and publishes mobile applications (the "Apps"). Use of the Site and Apps is also subject to our Terms of Service.

Information We Collect

Site: We do not proactively collect personal information from visitors to the Site. Standard server logs may record IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited for security and diagnostic purposes only.

Apps: Our Apps do not require account creation or sign-in and do not proactively collect personal information.

Contact and Booking

If you choose to contact us by email or book a call through our scheduling link (powered by cal.com), you voluntarily provide information such as your name and email address. We receive this solely to respond to your inquiry or conduct the scheduled call. We do not sell or share it. Bookings are also governed by cal.com's own privacy policy.

In-App Purchases

Some Apps offer optional in-app purchases processed entirely by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information.

Cookies

The Site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Session cookies may be set for basic site functionality.

Third-Party Services

App store platforms (Apple App Store, Google Play) and integrated platform services — including Apple Game Center and Google Play Games — may collect usage and diagnostic data under their own privacy policies when you download or use our Apps.

Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly receive or retain personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has contacted us directly, please contact us and we will review and remove any personal information we retain from that interaction.
