English for Nurses
Delete your account
You can delete your English for Nurses account at any time. This page explains how, and what happens to your data.
1. Delete your account in the app
This is the quickest way.
- Open English for Nurses.
- Go to Settings > About your data.
- Tap Delete account.
2. What is deleted and kept
| Data | |
|---|---|
| Deleted | Your account and sign-in identity, your profile, your friends (on both sides), friend requests, friend and referral codes, referral days, the list of devices you signed in on, online status, promotions, the push-notification token linked to your account (used for friend notifications), and the link between your account and your purchases. |
| Stays with your Apple or Google account | Paid Premium stays with the Apple or Google account that bought it. Tap Restore purchases in the app to get it back. |
| Kept | Purchase records, no longer linked to your account, for 7 years for accounting. Records and device identifiers we keep for audit and fraud prevention, for up to 2 years. Content reports you sent, no longer tied to you; they are deleted when resolved, and no later than 2 years after submission. Your offer notifications choice on this phone (turn it off in Settings). Any email subscription, which is separate (see below). |
Your account profile includes your display name, avatar and a limited snapshot of your study progress. We delete that profile when you delete your account. Your full study data, including your SM-2 card data, detailed progress, level, XP and achievements, stays on your phone and is not backed up by us. Uninstalling the app erases it.
3. Email updates are separate
Deleting your account does not unsubscribe you from email updates. To stop them, use the unsubscribe link in any email.
4. Can't open the app?
If you no longer have the app, email support@lightcraft.io from the email address you use to sign in, and ask us to delete your account. We'll reply to that address to confirm it's you, then delete the account within 30 days.
